Sticking together for Abby & Belle

As anyone in the area knows, today is the big day for the Carlsen family- separation surgery for 5 month old Abby & Belle. I photographed them a couple months ago and was so touched by this incredible family. I've been following their progress very closely since then, and of course they will be in my thoughts and prayers all day today. And to remind me of them, I've taped 2 of my fingers together (an idea I read about in their guestbook). It makes it hard to type, but oh well- it's for a great cause!
